Does the World of Warcraft master guide have a guide on how to level your professions? If so are they good guides and what else does the Master guide have ?

I don’t have the time to play like I used to but still want to keep up with friends. I’ve been a casual player for awhile now, but with less time, I need to do more with my time. What WoW leveling or gold getting guides are worth buying?

Hi, I just started playing WoW again, and I need some good guides.

GOLD GUIDES:
I got Derek’s gold farming guide, but that is for TCB.
What are good gold farming guides for Wrath of the Lich king?
Or should I just wait for Cataclysm to come out and get a guide then?
Still do you know anyone who will come out with a gold farming guide for Cataclysm?

LEVELING GUIDES:
I used to have Derek’s in game Leveling guide. But, I no longer have it, and can no longer find it. What are good in game leveling guides that will work with WOTLK? Also, will I have to buy a whole new one for Cataclysm?

Okay so someone told me you can do your first raid at a level 60, is that true? If so I am a Blood Elf Paladin and I am a level 62, should I raid? Also what is the first raid? What do you need? What kind of armor is best to have? Is a raid like a long dungeon? How do I start? I am basically asking for a short beginners guide to doing your first raid.

I just got the game and all of my friends are already level 85 in Cataclysm. I want to be able to catch up to them fast, I see there are a lot of guides out there. Which one is the best?

Is this legitimate? Im really only interested in endgame pvp, and a quick leveling guide would be awesome. Also to whoever has used it before, is it updated for 4.2? It dosent say on their site.
